Principles
I am a humanist at heart. I believe in the potential of change and transformation, and I am aware of the resources and skills it takes for transformation to occur.

Mission
I work to support humans to live a happier, healthier, and freer life. I am dedicated to creating meaningful impact through cultural transformation, mental health advocacy, and personal healing. Currently this mission is being manifested through my role as a social entrepreneur, coach, mindfulness instructor, therapist-in-training, and mother and stepmother to three children.

My Principles
Here are some of the principles I endeavour to uphold in our work together:

Openness
I work with people from all walks of life: whether it be age, race, gender, income, sexual identity, or political streak.

Psychological Safety
I aim to create an atmosphere that is non-judgemental so you feel safe, seen, and heard.

Integrity
I am a professional. I am a woman of my word. I don't blame my clients for my own problems.

Professionalism
I have worked in confidence with elected officials, celebrities, and high-net-worth individuals.
